The Bible In 90 Days
Below is the day-by-day schedule that you can use to read the Bible in 90 days. It is further grouped by weeks so you can see where you need to be at the start of every week.
You can read the Bible directly from your computer if you wish using the links provided in the schedule below. All the chapters/verses that should be read for each day are linked here to the New International Version of the Bible as found on BibleGateway.com.
When you view the BibleGateway text, you have the option of reading commentary on specific chapters/verses - if you see the "speech-bubble" icon enabled, that means there is additional information and commentary available for that text; click that icon to read the commentary. For example, you can read commentary about the Book of Luke. If you see the "speaker" icon enabled, it means there is actual audio available for the selected text - click that icon to listen to the text (this assumes your computer supports the audio format provided by BibleGateway).
Make sure that you get a Bible that you will read and understand. Do not try to read the King James Bible unless you are an extremely disciplined person or you really like it. A better recommendation is the Living Bible, the Message or some other that would be easy reading for you. BibleGateway.com provides many different translations, including non-English languages, so you can compare different versions in the different translations. Find one that you can easily understand and you'll be able to fully appreciate the Bible.
Note: Following this schedule, it will actually only take you 88 days, so you have 2 days of cushion to finish :-)
