Dan Ulrich

Dan grew up in a loving Christian home right here in Sicklerville, New Jersey. He attended Sicklerville UMC from the time he was in Pastor Pals all the way through high school and into college. At his time at Sicklerville Dan accepted Christ, dedicated his life, and answered the call to full-time ministry. Much of his spiritual formation took place at SUMC and many summers at Delanco Camp. After he graduated high-school Dan felt God calling him to Eastern University in St. Davids, PA. There he grew in his faith serving on chapel worship teams, in a prison ministry, and as the director of the college's intramural sports. In just three years Dan graduated with a BA in Youth Ministry and a BA in Marketing.
Following graduation he accepted a job with Kohl's working as an assistant manager. Through that experience Dan grew his leadership and communication skills; and he also found a new reliance in God. After a year of work there and much prayer and patience God decided he was ready and opened doors to find a place right back at his home church.
Dan has a passion for students of the next generation, understanding pure worship, and is excited to be back at his home church serving God. He enjoys playing drums, rooting for all Philadelphia sports teams, playing soccer or any other sport, and spending time with friends. Dan's wife Julie also has a huge heart for ministry and is involved throughout the church. They have a daughter Abigail and dachshund Cooper.
