Fall 2009:

The Fall 2009 term runs from September 14 2009 through December 14 2009. The three hour-long courses take place each Monday evening from 7:00pm to 9:40pm in Room 17.

Science and the Bible...

  • Instructor: Pastor David Genter
    • BA in Anthropology and a BS in Zoology from Texas A& M University, a BA in Biblical Studies from Washington Bible College, and an MS in Biblical Counseling from Baptist Bible College

Bible Synthesis 101...

  • Focus: Learning the content of Scripture and applying it to life
  • Objectives:
    • To understand the content of the Torah and the historical books through 2 Kings as a whole
    • To understand each book as a whole
    • To understand each book in relationship to the other books
    • Students will memorize a theme and basic outline for each book
    • Students will evidence personal application of the biblical truths to their lives
    • Students will read and study about 1/3 of the content of the Bible

Systematic Theology 103...

  • Focus: Man and Sin
  • Objectives:
    • The creation of man
    • The image and likeness of God
    • Procreation
    • The temptation and the Fall
    • The results of the Fall
    • The origin of nations
    • The impact of original sin on mankind
    • The impact of personal sin in human life
    • What Christians must watch
    • What is the Unpardonable Sin?
    • What happens when Christians sin?
  • Instructor: Dr. Godwin Shams
    • BA from Punjab University (Pakistan), M.Div. from United Theological Seminary (Philadelphia), and Th.D. from Institute of Evangelical Theology (South Korea)
