The Fall 2010 term runs from September 13, 2010 through December 13, 2010. The three hour-long courses take place each Monday evening from 6:45pm to 9:50pm in Room 14. Enroll by downloading a pre-registration form from our website.

Science and the Bible-Part 2

  • Focus: Examining the evidence of creation with a biblical and scientific approach
  • Answers to these and more:
    • Did God really create the butterfly? How about the birds in sky, the fish in the ocean, animals, plants and humans on land?
    • Did God really create the entire universe?
    • What is the truth about the Neanderthal, Piltman, Australiopithecus?
  • Instructor: Pastor David Genter
    • BA in Anthropology and a BS in Zoology from Texas A& M University, a BA in Biblical Studies from Washington Bible College, and an MS in Biblical Counseling from Baptist Bible College

Bible Synthesis

  • Focus: Get a grip on the Bible like never before! Learn the content of Scripture and apply it to life using the unique Bible Synthesis study method
  • Objectives:
    • Help you more accurately interpret a given verse in light of the Bible book in which it appears
    • Once you learn a theme and basic facts of a book, you can think through the entire Bible without other help
    • Learn to see Jesus Christ in all Scripture
    • Gain encouragement as you see that almost every bible hero messed up big time, but many found forgiveness and restoration

Systematic Theology

  • Focus:Doctrine of Salvation
  • Objectives:
    • Understand terms like: Love, Justice, Sacrifice, Redemption, Reconciliation, Grace, Justification, Faith
  • Instructor: Dr. Godwin Shams
    • BA from Punjab University (Pakistan), M.Div. from United Theological Seminary (Philadelphia), and Th.D. from Institute of Evangelical Theology (South Korea)
